COVID-19 delay:

Dear Valued Customer,

We are so sorry that during the COVID-19 period, international packages are experiencing longer transit times due to shipping carrier delays. During the special time, international shipping may take up to 3-6 weeks.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. And we really appreciate your patience, understanding and forgiveness.

 

Order-to-Delivery Process, ODP

ODP is divided into two stages:

  • Stage 1 - Order processing time: the time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 2-5 business days.
  • Stage 2 - Shipping time: the time it takes for the shipping services to deliver the package to your address since they pick up the package from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on your specific location.

We provide global shipping with an average delivery time of 7-30 business days.

For some products, we may have stocks at the local warehouse in your country or coutries nearby (you may check it out from the "Ships From" option at the specific product page)  so the delivery time may be 3-9 business days.

Extra Shipping Cost

We cooperate with different shipping services so as to cover your country or area. However, for some products, our partners may not offer shipping service to some countries and areas.

Therefore, we will charge extra shipping cost for paying another shipping service. Once this is the case for your order, we will notify you of this and provide you with solution ASAP.

We offer expedited shipping for international orders via premium shipping services such as UPS, DHL and FedEx (usually 3-8 business days). If you need something expedited, please contact our customer service for detailed shipping cost. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Note:

If for some reason you have not received your items after 60 days, please contact us and let us know so we can help.
* Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
* If you are not in when the parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where the parcel is. It might be left in your post box or a safe place or there will be details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placing. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other similar reasons, may increase the estimated shipping time. Thanks for your patience.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can find your tracking number in「My Account-My Order」. You can track your package using that number on corresponding shipping providers' websites or through their customer services. 

Meanwhile, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number at the bottom. You can click the tracking link or type the tracking number into https://www.17track.net/ to check the status of your order. 

Or you can just use the Order Tracking App integrated in our website.

 

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Angel Epoch cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

 

For Undelivered Solution

Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes that cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by Angel Epoch to decrease your losses.

For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 month of shipment. For other shipping methods except for Expedited Shipping Service, please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
